I provide psychiatric evaluation and individual psychotherapy to adults in both English and Mandarin Chinese

I offer in-person services to clients who are fully vaccinated. Please note that masks are still required in all health care facilities, including a therapist's office.

I provide Telehealth (i.e., video sessions) to clients throughout the state of Oregon via a secure platform

Insurances

Currently, I am in-network with the following insurances:

PacificSource commercial plans
Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield.

If you have Blue Cross Blue Shield managed by a company other than Regence, you may want to call your insurance company to inquire whether I am in-network with them or not.

If you want to use your out-of-network benefits, I charge the standard rate and provide super bills, so you can work with your insurance to get reimbursement. How much you will get reimbursed depends on your insurance policy.

If you have PacificSource or Regence as secondary insurance and your primary insurance is out of network, I will provide super bills so you can work with your insurances for reimbursement. I typically do not bill secondary insurance on the client's behalf.

Rates & Payment

My standard rates for private pay clients:

20-min brief consultation: free of charge
Psychiatric Evaluation: 286
55-min individual psychotherapy: 268

I do have limited number of sliding scale slots for private pay clients.

For Payment, I accept major credit cards (i.e., Visa, Master, American Express, Discover), debit cards, checks, and cash.
